Standing military press one of my favorite exercises for developing the shoulders, next time you train shoulders give this workout a go:
6x Standing military press
5x Dumbbell press
4x Barbell up-right row
3x Dumbbell lateral raise
3x Dumbbell front delt raises
Start each set with 20 reps, then 15, 10, 8, 6, 4.. (according to the number of sets for the exercise)
